Refer a Friend Scheme - Terms & Conditions
Welcome to RX+ Healthcare Refer a Friend Scheme (the “Scheme”). All recommendations are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Where we say “we”, “us”, “our”, “the company” that refers to RX+ Healthcare.
1. Summary of the Scheme
When an individual (“you") recommend a friend or colleague (“they”, “Recommended Candidate”) to us to work for one of our many clients you will earn a Reward (subject to the Recommended Candidate meeting the Criteria below).
2. The Criteria
STEP 1. They must not already be known to us. Don’t worry will let you know if they do not meet this initial criteria
STEP 2. They must have right to work
STEP 3. They must complete a certain amount of work for our clients:
a) For a temporary placement (i.e. they work different assignments), they must complete 40 hours’ work within 12 months of registration with us.
b) For a permanent placement (i.e. where they are employed by one of our clients), they must be employed for 6 months’ with one employer.
3. Your Reward
We will send you a £150 Amazon Voucher (or equivalent value in local jurisdiction) for each Recommended Candidate that meets the Criteria (the “Reward”). We reserve the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.
The Reward is paid gross. It is your responsibility to declare this tax and NI and pay any deductions directly.
No cash alternative is available and the Reward cannot be exchanged or transferred.
4. How to make a referral
Submit your recommendations on https://www.rxplushealthcare.com. We are unable to accept referrals, and no Reward will be paid, if you submit your recommendations in any other way. The online form is automatically stamped with the date and time of submission.
Before submitting your friends and colleagues you must to:
(a) obtain their consent to provide their information to us; and
(b) direct them to our privacy policy.
There is no limit to the number of friends and colleagues that you can submit but you will only receive your Reward if they meet the Criteria. You can only recommend someone once.
If we receive a Recommended Candidate’s details twice then a Reward will be paid to the first submission according to the date and time stamp. Our decision on this is final and there is no right of appeal.
5. Receiving your Reward
You will be entitled to a Reward once each Recommended Candidate has met the Criteria. We will create a profile for you, subject to our privacy policy [Link}, so that you can track the progress of your Recommended Candidates.
We will aim to notify your of any Reward due by email by the last Friday of each month. The Reward will be sent to you by the end of the following month (i.e. the month after a Recommended Candidate successfully completes the Criteria).
If a voucher is paid to the Recommender, there is no cash alternative available.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is up to date. We accept no liability for Rewards not received due to incorrect details, change of email or due to your email settings.
6. Just a final few bits
You agree we can tell the Recommended Candidate who referred them.
We reserve the right to end this Scheme at any time and will post notice to this effect on the company website one calendar month prior to the closure of the Scheme.
Recommenders will be advised of any cessation of the Scheme if their Recommended Candidate is yet to fulfil the Recommendation Scheme conditions for reward one month prior to the closure of the Scheme.
Our contract will be with you. You will not be an employee but instead engaged on a “contract for services” this means you are effectively self-employed but we make the deductions for income tax and National Insurance contributions based on your earnings and tax code. In addition to paying you your hourly rate we make payments in respect of Employer NI, Employer Pension and Apprenticeship Levy.
Our contract will be with the umbrella company. You will be engaged on a “contract of services” making you an employee of the umbrella company rather than self-employed. We pay the umbrella company you have selected a rate that includes your hourly rate plus a sum in respect of Employer NI, Employer Pension, Holiday and Apprenticeship Levy. This makes the umbrella rate look higher than the PAYE rate for the same role. The umbrella company deducts income tax, National Insurance contributions, and other relevant deductions before paying you your net salary. The umbrella company will also make a deduction from you for their service charges.
