As a Surgical First Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons during surgical procedures, ensuring the operating room is set up correctly, and providing support throughout the surgery. Your responsibilities will include preparing and sterilizing instruments, assisting with wound closure, and ensuring the safety and comfort of the patient.
